What is available for download?

Description: OpenSS7 Frequently Asked Questions #6.

Check the downloads page. What is generally available for download is the ``original'' ACB56 character device driver and documentation, the SS7 Link Interface module, an ACB56 network driver, and the MTP and SCCP STREAMS code and MTP state machines: all as loadable kernel modules for the Linux 2.4 kernel. You can also view on line or download a lot of the project and code documentation.

Also available is OpenSS7 releases of the LiS STREAMS package, the OpenSS7 Linux Fast-STREAMS package, STREAMS compatibility packages, STREAMS XNS networking package, STREAMS XTI/TLI library and cooperating modules, STREAMS INET driver, STREAMS SCTP driver, Linux Native SCTP implementation, Iperf package modified for use with OpenSS7 Linux Native SCTP, and Netperf modified for use with OpenSS7 STREAMS SCTP and INET drivers. All of these will run on Linux 2.4 or 2.6 kernels.
