Overview:- |
The SMSC project is a project to produce an SMSC based on the GSM/MAP HLR capabilities of the
OpenSS7 stack and other packages such as Kannel. This project will provide both an SMSC client
(i.e., MSC) as well as SMSC server (i.e., HLR) side. The project provides libraries and
extensions for integrating the SMSC with web-enabled services.
This project focuses on the SCCP and TCAP capabilities of the OpenSS7 stack. It utilizes SUA
and TUA for redunancy and reliability and supports TALI integration to Tekelec IP7 and other
TALI compliant products.
