The following PICS/PIXIT have been completed for the OpenSS7 stack:

PICS Proforma

OpenSS7 has PICS Proforma statements completed for the pre-release implementation as provided in the documents listed in Table 1 below. Although PIXIT Proforma have not been completed for the OpenSS7 stack, the PICS proforma indicates the design intent and testing objectives of the OpenSS7 stack in various configurations.

PICS	ETS 300 008-2	0.7.10 Beta Release	ETSI PICS Proforma Coming Soon	This PICS Proforma provides conformance of the OpenSS7 stack to MTP level 2 and MTP level 3 requirements for international interconnection as descibed in ETS 300 008-1 and listed in ETS 300 008-2 Annex A. These PICS Proforma are for the E400P-SS7 card.

Please remember that there is NO WARRANTY for the OpenSS7 stack released under GPL. If you want official PICS/PIXIT conformance on the OpenSS7 stack to a specific SS7 standard, please contact us or a laboratory capable of performing the necessary PICS/PIXIT for you.

M2PA Conformance Tests

SS7 MTP2-User Peer-to-peer Adaptation Layer (M2PA) tests are performed in accordance with draft-bidulock-sigtran-m2pa-test. The OpenSS7 implementation conforms to all of the test case specification in draft-bidulock-sigtran-m2pa-test, and a test program which execises each of those test cases is released with the M2PA code.
